Openet Weaver 1.2 Release Notes
TThe release notes describe new features, known issues, bug fixes and usage tips for Openet Weaver ™ 1.2.
This section documents the new Openet Weaver features for this release.
Table 1 lists the features that are available in this release:
|Performance Manager||Openet Weaver has a new microservice named Performance Manager that is part of the EMS. In this release, the performance manager collects performance metrics that can be queried through an API by the Weaver Workflow Engine or by other management systems. Performance Manager can also perform healthchecks.|
|Ubuntu Support||Openet Weaver now supports the Ubuntu operating system on Resource Agents|
The installation process for Weaver is described in the Webhelp, which contains full instructions for completing an installation, including details of the minimum system requirements.
The following limitation applies to this release of Openet Weaver:
- Openet Weaver 1.2 supports the configuration and performance aspects of FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, and Security).
Third Party Software
This product release contains a number of third-party free or open source modules.
A list of third-party modules and license information can be found in /licences/LICENCE.txt in the core-installer.tar file.
Openet licence information can be found in EULA.txt at root level in core-installer.tar.

The disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability set forth in the Third-Party Terms do not affect any express warranty or limitation of liability that may be provided to you by Openet pursuant to those license terms covering the product contained in a separate written agreement between you and Openet. To the extent there is a conflict between the General License Terms or your Agreement, and any Third-Party Terms, the Third-Party Terms shall prevail solely for such Third-Party components.
